I don't have a photo to share, but I wanted to mention the fabulous Meat Loaf that my husband made for dinner one night this week. It was basically ground beef (I think about 3 lbs of it) mixed up with a package of stuffing mix (like Stove Top -but we used a box of the generic stuff, cornbread flavored) and an egg or two to hold it together. This tasted fantastic!!! All the seasonings were already in the stuffing mix and I didn't have to listen to the kids gripe about onions in it or pieces of crackers. I plan to make this again in the future!
